“ Resturant Ambience was very good for family and friends. We ordered diamond bhetki fish fry which was very juicy and tasty and mutton thali was very delicious but not served hot. ”
“ All bengali dishes are available. Also, Chinese cuisine is available. Food tastes are awesome. The atmosphere is good. Price is not too high relative to big cities. All prime dishes are under 400rs. Daab chingri was too good. Bhetki fry , bheki paturi was good too. But the manager was pushing to sell over food. So I suggest not to take many dishes. Misti Doi was not good compare to kolkata. Overall, experience good. Those who are coming to Jamshedpur for outings can taste here. ”
“ We really like the food at this place. Be it the taste, the portion size or the quality of food everything is very good. The best part is, the place isn't over crowded whenever we have visited there and we had a very comfortable time. ”
“ The Food is awesome here, especially if you are enthusiastic to try new food it will be the perfect spot to hit in jamshedpur. I tried the bengoli cuisine for the first time and it was awesome. The staff here is also really awesome they recommend their best dishes to you. They are very polite and helpful. They serve food in tamba utensils and use banana leaves and it's a really awesome experience. However, to order bengoli dishes I will recommend you take your bengoli friend with you. I especially recommend bhetki paturi. ”
“ We loved the food especially kochu paata chingri bhaapa which is a much try. Other than that we ordered bhetki fish finger and rice, sona moonger daal and pabda shorshe jhaal. The food, service and atmosphere were nice but the toilet was very dirty. Need to be cleaned for customer. Good place for family lunch or dinner. ”
“ Ami Bengali Restaurant truly brings the essence of Bengal to Jamshedpur. The Betki Fry and Betki Bhapa were absolutely top-notch—flavorful, perfectly cooked, and worth every bite. On the other hand, the Katla Kalia curry could use some refinement, as it didn’t quite hit the mark this time. The Chicken Pulao was delicious, with fragrant and well-cooked rice, though the chicken itself could have been more tender. Still, the balance of flavors made it enjoyable. The ambience deserves a special mention—clean, well-maintained, with charming Bengali village paintings adorning the walls. The background of Kishore Kumar’s timeless melodies elevated the experience even further. The service was equally impressive; the waiters were polite, attentive, and especially helpful in guiding non-Bengali diners to the best menu choices. Overall, Ami Bengali stands out as one of the best Bengali restaurants in the city right now. I only hope they maintain this consistency in the future, as Jamshedpur truly deserves such an authentic dining experience. ”
